Gute Ausstattung der Wohn- und Schlafräume, sowie der Terrasse. Badezimmer müssten modernisiert werden. Auch die Kellerräume (Schlafraum/Bad) sind recht muffig und schlecht zu lüften durch die Klappfenster. Die gemieteten Handtücher waren fadenscheinig.
