The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before 11:00 a.m. We appreciate your consideration regarding this matter. Please note that our cleaning staff will arrive at 11:00 a.m. to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the property, but you can smoke outside in our patio.
Do not throw any cigarette butts on the ground. In case our cleaning staff detect smoke odor inside the home, we will charge an extra (PENALTY OF $500).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
