The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is ideal for 8 people to spend a holiday in peace or action and sporty. Les Arcs-en-Argens is the founding municipality of the Côtes de Provence wine-growing region and is very conveniently located.

On the one hand, there is the opportunity to swim in the sea on the coast (30 minutes to the sea, 45 minutes to Saint-Tropez), and on the other hand, you can also visit larger cities such as Nice, Cannes, Grasse. But you can also opt for an active holiday, among other things. with a visit to the Grand Canyon du Verdon (hiking, climbing and rafting/cayoning Eldorado about 1-1.5 hours away). But the focus is on the property!

It is located in a sprawling area right between Les Arcs-en-Argens and Trans-en-Provence.

The property is 4200 m², the living space of the house is 130 m² with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool. There are outdoor games such as boules, volleyball and a table tennis table and plenty of space to relax or let off steam.

For us it is an oasis of peace! The property is mostly wooded with cork oaks and pine trees. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. In the morning you can only hear the neighbor's rooster...
