The 3-storey terraced house with 160 m2 of living space and 60 m2 of terraces is situated in an elevated position on the edge of the coastal village of La Herradura with fantastic views of the sea,
La Herradura is located on the Andalusian Costa Tropical. This stretch of coast in the province of Granada is characterised by a tropical microclimate. Bananas, sugar cane, mangoes and avocados grow here, for example.
A newly built outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, hob, sink and small fridge is the highlight of the large terrace on the lower level. The covered dining area and various seating areas invite you to linger. From here you can also enjoy the marvellous view of the Mediterranean.
On the entrance level of the house there are 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and its own balcony with sea views. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with 2 single beds, each 0.90 x 1.90 m, also with sea views. There is also a shower room with bidet on this floor.
Up the staircase you reach an open-plan living area with TV and a pull-out sofa bed (1.35 x 1.90 m).
From there you can access the roof terrace with views of the sea and the entire bay of La Herradura. Two sun loungers are available for sunbathing and the seating area invites you to end the evening there.
The entrance level leads down to the open-plan and extensively equipped kitchen, dining and living area. From there and from the master bedroom with 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and en-suite shower room, you have access to the very spacious main terrace.
Whether swimming in one of the picturesque bays in the area, hiking in the nearby nature reserves, snorkelling, diving, sailing, golfing, there are countless possibilities for leisure activities in warm summer and mild winter weather.
Excursions to the cities of Málaga and Granada, including a visit to the Alhambra and perhaps a tour through the charming landscapes of the Alpujarra, should of course also be on the agenda for active holidaymakers.
How about a ski trip to the Sierra Nevada? In the winter months, you can spend a day in the snow about 90 kilometres away and enjoy the varied gastronomic offerings on the coast in the evening when the weather is mild. Other popular excursion destinations nearby are the towns of Nerja on the coast and Frigiliana in the mountains, as well as the beautiful white mountain villages of the Costa del Sol.
The terraced house is located in a quiet residential area with no through road. Approximately 150 metres from the house is the beautifully landscaped communal pool area with large lawns, parasols, a large pool and a smaller children's pool. From there you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the coastal town of La Herradura and the mountains in the hinterland.
A paddle tennis court is also available for guests to use.
There is ample parking space for several vehicles directly in front of the house.
There is good W-LAN internet coverage throughout the house. A W-LAN printer in the living room can be used.
