Relax, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, and enjoy a magnificent view—that’s what a holiday at “Holiday Residenz II” is all about! From our Apartment 7, you’ll have a view of Borkum’s beautiful natural landscape, stretching from the horse paddocks all the way to the New Lighthouse.

This Borkum holiday apartment measures approximately 50 m², divided into a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway with a coat closet, and a storage room. The apartment also features a balcony. The accommodation is ideal for a stay for two people.

Holiday time is relaxation time! The living room offers the perfect setting for this: cosy furnishings, including a couch, wall unit, and flat-screen TV, invite you to unwind.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a meal quickly and conveniently. Among other things, it features a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. You can enjoy meals together at the dining table.

The separate bedroom in this Borkum holiday rental is furnished with a double bed (90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. Blackout curtains are, of course, provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bedroom floor is carpeted, the living room has PVC flooring, and the bathroom is tiled.

For leisure, there is a ping-pong table in the house.

General Information: There are free parking spaces in front of the house, and a designated area for bicycles. A washing machine is located in the house, and a dryer is in the neighbouring house (both for shared use). A clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. An open Wi-Fi hotspot is available for internet access (limited). To ensure the holiday rental remains suitable for people with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding!

Quiet, close to the beach, and centrally located!

Enjoy the best time of the year on the island of Borkum—with refreshing North Sea air, the glistening waves, and 100% relaxation! The “Holiday Residenz II” offers the perfect conditions for a restful holiday.

The holiday apartments are located in the “Holiday Residenz II” complex. It’s centrally located on Richthofenstraße, yet quiet and not right in the heart of town. In the town centre itself (800 m away), small shops, cafés, and restaurants invite you to take a leisurely stroll. After 1.5 km (a 6-minute bike ride), you’ll reach the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade. From the complex, you can enjoy relaxing walks and bike rides through Borkum’s natural surroundings.

From the ferry terminal, the narrow-gauge train runs all the way to the town centre. From there, the apartments are still about 950 m away. Upon your arrival, taxis will be available to take you and your luggage to your holiday rental. The complex is easily accessible by car and offers parking spaces for cars and bicycles right in front of the building.

In front of the complex is the Nabrotzky Island Bakery—perfect for fresh breakfast rolls.
