Beau logement mais pas propre

Le ménage n'avais pas été fait avant notre arrivée. L'état du canapé est dégradé.

Appartement traversant bien situé tout proche de la plage et des commerces mais mal équipé. - ventilateur HS, - fuite d'eau dans la douche, - lavabo SDB fendillė = danger coupure, - patère noire SDB à refixer, - pas de bacs à glace, - vaisselle insuffisante (couverts, 1 casserole...)/4 personnes, - un cache pôt pour poubelle, - évier cuisine sans mousseur, - égouttoir vaisselle inadapté sans réceptacle eau, - plaque de calcaire brunâtre dans WC à l'arrivée, - détecteur de fumée ? -

Très bonne situation au centre du Lavandou Lors de l'annonce il n'a pas été mentionné que la location se trouvait au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur Appartement spacieux Matériel cuisine égouttoir fendu Cocotte minute inutilisable Couverts en bois pour ne pas rayer poêles Couteau pointu cuisine
