From your own parking space, you’ll enter directly into the lobby of the “Haus Treibholz” apartment building. From there, an lift takes you to the 2nd floor. You’ll reach the holiday apartment via a covered walkway. Renovated in 2021, the apartment features lovingly furnished interiors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
A bright hallway welcomes you with a modern coat rack and access to all the rooms. With one bedroom, the holiday apartment accommodates two people. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality double box-spring bed (180 x 200). The bed includes under-bed storage, so you can stow your luggage for the duration of your stay. The bedroom features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for your personal viewing pleasure.
A modern bathroom with natural light features a comfortable walk-in shower. The heart of the apartment is the cosy living room with an adjoining, separate kitchen. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a drip coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A beautiful dining area, a cosy sofa set, and a large flat-screen TV complete the living area. From here, you can step out onto a south-facing balcony with a view over the rooftops of Büsum, furnished with high-quality balcony furniture. Here you can enjoy relaxing evenings with your loved ones over a glass of wine.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement. The holiday rental has its own parking space next to the building.

With its modern design and cosy charm, the house offers plenty of comfort for a successful and relaxing holiday. The popular Alleestraße, with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also conveniently reach the completely renovated and modernised “Meerzeit Büsum” water park—a wave pool with a spa—and the “Watt ’n Hus” visitor information centre in about a 3-minute walk. Several bakeries, the medical centre, and the weekly market—which takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays during the season—offer a variety of amenities in the immediate vicinity.
