This beautiful second-floor condo (walk-up, no elevator) offers an unbeatable location only one block away from the ocean! Centrally located across from the Convention Center, this family-friendly escapade offers all the essentials; a well-equipped living room and kitchen with a double oven, an on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, and board games. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice condo. Location nice we had a convention event. Couldn’t get closer but that was #1 for us. Beach right there 1 minute walk also nice. It was long walk to boardwalk but doable if you like exercise! Supplied us with amenities for an eat in kitchen. Everything worked well.Little porchesNo noise issues.

OC vacation

It was good space for 2 people. Good location, close to the ocean. Very clean. Could have used a few microwavable dishes and more covered pots for the pans. Also the bedroom closet had no hangers and was full of maintenance equipment. Deck space was nice with friendly neighbors that are residents.

Very close proximity to the beach, easy beach access, and very quiet area. Enjoyed our stay, the amenities were good overall - we did have some issues with the air conditioning staying cool. WiFi gave us issues at first, but we found our the network and password were changed from the information provided in the text message and email sent. The new info is on the fridge on a paper. Overall, very good experience though! We would stay here again.

Review

Condo was nice , mostly clean on arrival. A few maintenance problems… front screen door doesn’t have a latch at the bottom and has to manually close. Blinds in bedroom are messed up a little. It would be nice to have a door mat (either outside or inside at the front door to wipe your feet.) otherwise, no real complaints.
