When it comes to convenience and a prime location near the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is one of the best rental values on the beach. This end unit, located on the first floor, offers a short walk to the community pool and breathtaking sunset views. Enjoy the secluded location in a bayside wooded section of Ocean City, yet still close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. With a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable! Things to Know Limited views No smoking and no pets, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our time at the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Easy access to the beach and could walk some places. We would definitely book this property again. My wife really enjoyed the screened in patio.

Nice first floor unit with easy access to the beach and pool. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchem, dining and living rooms are comfortable and nicely maintained. Would certainly consider renting this unit again.
