Family Vacation

This rental was very family/kid friendly. Enough space for us all to be comfortable everything worked properly and the view of the ocean was so nice! We have been staying at sea watch and booking through Vacasa for the past 3 years. We will continue to do so

Vacay 2022

Location was awesome, beds were comfortable.. only complaint is that the hot water ran out fast while 2 people showered at the same time.

View of bay and ocean

Decent unit. Closer to bay than ocean, but able to view both. Unit is a little dated, but a decent unit for the price. Amenities were good - indoor and outdoor pool. Cute sandwich/ice cream shop on site too. Note there is a $65 parking fee per vehicle.

Hello Brooke, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the pools and the nearby sandwich and ice cream shop! We understand that parking fees can be an unexpected part of the stay, so I wanted to clarify that the $65 parking fee applies from May 1st through October 31st. Outside of these dates, there is no parking fee, but guests still need to register their vehicles with security in the parking garage. To make this process smoother, we email registration forms in advance. If the security guard isn’t at the booth when you arrive, please feel free to return shortly. Also, please note that vehicles over 7 feet cannot be accommodated in the garage. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future!
