Hofgut Bisdamitz - Holiday home "Alte Mühle"

The Bisdamitz estate is located on the northeastern tip of the island of Rügen, near Jasmund National Park and close to the high cliffs overlooking the Baltic Sea. The former church estate was managed by a collective farm (LPG) until 1989. After German reunification, it became the Bisdamitz estate, practising organic farming under various tenants. Currently, under its new owner, the estate is repositioning itself as an organic farm and is undergoing renovation and modernization. The estate includes the old manor house, barns, outbuildings, as well as a farm store and a cheese dairy (which are scheduled to resume operations following renovation and refurbishment). The farm comprises several hectares of arable land and pasture, as well as a small herd of cattle. The “Alte Mühle” holiday home, along with the “Knoff” holiday home, is the only fully renovated building available to holiday guests; additional guest accommodation may follow. Note: Please be aware regarding New Year’s Eve bookings: Fireworks and firecrackers are not permitted at this property.

The “Alte Mühle” holiday home, completely renovated in 2019, is part of the Bisdamitz estate and accommodates a total of 5 people. The idyllic brick house stands on a small, fenced-in lot with a garden and a seating area. The approximately 90 square metres of living space includes three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a sauna. The bright living room features a sofa area, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace for cosy evenings. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. The modern and inviting kitchen-dining area features a large dining table and all the amenities and appliances you’d expect in a kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and, of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is an additional guest bathroom. Guests also have access to a private sauna. The holiday home is comfortably furnished in a country-style. The house includes a small garden with a seating area. The property is fenced in, so you can let your four-legged friends run around there.
