LUXURY PENTHOUSE OSTSEE-PANORAMA-VIEW, WIFI, BEACH CHAIR, BED LINEN INCL.

'Sea view 15.' Our beautiful penthouse is located in Strandpark Großenbrode, high above the rooftops of the south beach. Here you can enjoy in every season the unobstructed sea views and the luxury of our apartment. Have breakfast on the rooftop terrace in summer, relax in the whirlpool in winter and end the evenings in front of the fireplace - here you can forget the stress of everyday life and relax!

The prices are for 2 people, each additional person pays 8, - € per night.
The Kurabgab must be paid locally in our office in the house 'Möwennest'.
Security deposit is due in advance. This will be refunded after departure.
Bed linen, towels and firewood can be ordered at the expense of the responsible Objekltverwalter.
Electricity / water / heating are included.

The apartment with parquet floor has in the kitchen a coffee machine by DOLCE Gusto, waffle maker, kettle, modern dishes, casserole and div. Films. In addition, there is an electric grill for outside.
We offer a great view a quiet relaxing ambience in a central location, undisturbed by pedestrians or parking lot users in front of the terrace.
There is a permanently installed safe. A small balcony in the bedroom completes the facilities.

The apartment is located in the 4th. Upstairs. The balcony faces south.

Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with environment maps, magnifying mirror, first aid kit, clothes horse, sunscreen / blackout blinds, hi-fi system with iPod, iPhone connection and a clock.

From May to September, a beach chair is available free of charge.

A bicycle storage room is available for our guests free of charge! Here two bicycles can be placed free of charge. The owners of the penthouse apartment offer their guests two women's bicycles and a men's bike 28 '' tire size for rent. The rental and the payment of the rental fee (cost: 3 days = 20, - € / per bike, 7 days = 35, - € / per bike - prices without guarantee) takes place on site in the office of apartment & sea in the house 'Möwennest' ,

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage, nette Angestellte

Vielen lieben Dank an Fewo und Meer, es war ganz wunderbar! Die Wohnung war toll, sehr sauber, toller Schnitt und ein wunderbarer Blick auf die Ostsee. Auch die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft. Sie hat alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffeefilter für die Maschine, Gewürze und einen sehr gemütlichen Fernsehsessel. In zwei Minuten ist man am Meer und in 5 Minuten an der belebten Strandpromenade.

Alles, was man benötigt

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ob kleine Gesellschaftsspiele, Küchenutensilien, Gebrauchsanweisungen und Magazin mit Ausflugszielen und Attraktionen - es war alles da, was man benötigt. Ein kurzer Weg zum Strand oder zur zentralen Strandpromenade. Ideale Wege für Inliner oder Skateboards. Für Kinder ideal. Die Insel Fehmarn vor der Tür. Super Urlaub!

Fahrradraum

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles da, was zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt nötigt ist. der Blick auf die Ostsee traumhaft. Ein Mangel gibt es jedoch! Leider war der Fahrradraum mit 4 Fahrrädern bereits so voll, dass für die mitgebrachten 2 Räder kaum Platz war. (4 Räder wären unmöglich). Da die Unterstellung der Räder ein Kriterium zur Buchung war, sollte hier Abhilfe geschaffen werden, oder der Raum nicht angeboten werden.

Pure Erholung

Wir hatten im Oktober traumhaftes Wetter und haben die Gegend zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Meerblick. Mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Nur das WLAN ist verbesserungswürdig. Ist in dieser Wohnung nicht stabil (wir waren schon in diversen anderen Wohnungen in Grossenbrode/Strandpark).

Toller Ostseeurlaub

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Hier fehlt es an nichts, was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht. Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und wertig ausgestattet. Toller windgeschützter Balkon mit Sicht auf die Ostsee. Und dass alles top ist, merkt man deutlich, wenn es Probleme gibt: Die Heizung war kaputt, es wurde sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir bekamen einen separaten Heizlüfter bis die Heizung wieder repariert war. Es bestand ständig guter Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Hausmeister. Einziges Manko, WLAN funktioniert nach wie vor nur im Schlafzimmer aber das soll nach Aussage des Vermieters im November mit einem neuen Anschluss geklärt werden. (Und ein Hinweis: Im mit vermieteten Fahrradschuppen stehen schon vier Fahrräder drin. Unsere zwei passten noch rein aber mit mehr Fahrrädern sollte man nicht anreisen, die passen nicht mehr in den Schuppen. Das sollte in der Beschreibung vielleicht mal noch genannt werden.) Wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall gern wieder!

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub! Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, hat einen super Ausblick, ist top ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Total klasse ist auch, dass ein Strandkorb inkl. ist.

Sehr angenehm. Bei der Wohnung , hervorzuheben,das Vorhandensein von kleinen Notwendigkeiten, wie Putzmittel und Gewürzen, auch Essig und Öl. Und eine wohnliche Umgebung. Das Fehlen von Vorlagen (ich hasse kalte Fliesen)im Badezimmer konnte leicht behoben werden.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung

Wir hatten ein paar super schöne Tage an der Ostsee, die nicht zuletzt an der tollen Unterkunft lagen. Diese Ferienwohnung besticht nicht nur durch ihre tolle Lage sondern auch durch ihre geschmackvolle Einrichtung und super Ausstattung. Es ist alles, was man brauchen könnte vorhanden. Der Balkon ist super, man kann von dort direkt auf die Ostsee schauen und durch das Mäuerchen rundherum konnte man trotz heftigen Wind auch im Oktober noch super draußen sitzen und die Sonne genießen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das W-Lan funktioniert nur im Bad oder im Schlafzimmer auch noch draußen vorm Haus ; ) aber im Wohnbereich, wo man es gern hätte, um Urlaubsbilder zu verschicken oder über die Mediathek mal ein Filmchen zu schauen funktioniert es nur sehr sporadisch oder eben meistens nicht : ( . Wenn dies mit einem anderen Internetanschluss mal geklärt werden könnte gäbe es absolut nichts mehr zu bemängeln. Trotzdem -SUPER Wohnung- von uns gibt es 5 *****

Wunderschöne Lage und toll ausgestattet

Die Wohnung hat eine großartig ausgestattete Küche und ist sehr geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Aussicht über Leuchttürme, Strand und Seebrücke ist fantastisch. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster Richtung Ostsee, so dass man mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen kann.
