For nature lovers and hikers, the house offers an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions into the stunning landscape; for golfers, it is ideally situated right next to the golf course; and for those seeking a bit of luxury, Ranzow Castle—with its restaurant and spa—is just a stone’s throw away. It’s also just a stone’s throw to Lohme, with its small, idyllic harbour and excellent dining options.
The DHH Freyh II offers 81 square metres of living space for 4 people and consists of 3 rooms, an open kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. There are two terraces, a large garden, a parking space next to the house, and a covered, lockable bicycle shed. Wi-Fi is available, as is Sky.

On the ground floor of the semi-detached house is the cosy living-dining room with an open kitchen. From there, you can access the front terraces and the garden.
The living area is cosy and modern, decorated in light colours and wood-effect finishes. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, waffle iron, blender, and numerous kitchen utensils. 
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom has a comfortable double box-spring bed, and the other has two single box-spring beds. There are TVs in both bedrooms as well. 
The house has two bathrooms: a smaller one on the ground floor with a shower. The larger bathroom upstairs has a bathtub in addition to the shower. A washing machine and dryer are available.
The house includes terraces with patio furniture, a beach chair, lounge chairs, a gas grill, and a carport for the car with a shed for bicycles.
