Me and my family stay at this complex twice a year just to get away and enjoy the beach but never again in this unit. The air conditioner was not working when we arrived and it took 24 hours for someone to come out and fix it. After the ac unit worked for a few hours it stopped again and again. Me and my family stayed 3 nights and all 3 nights were hot and humid inside our unit with two of the fans not working. This is definitely not what we are used to when we stay at The Meridian. It’s not cheap to stay at that place and we were definitely let down. Someone was supposed to reach out about some kind of refund but of course that hasn’t happened. Do better!
