Schöne Wohnung mit Pool und Kamin. Ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und diversen Restaurants. Wir sind mehrmals im Jahr in Grömitz und werden hier bestimmt noch mal buchen.

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Der Pool wurde täglich von uns genutzt und war das Größte für unseren Enkel. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war top. Man war in ca. einer Minute fußläufig beim Strand und in ca. 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Für den Kinderwagen gab es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit und auch ein Bollerwagen stand zum kostenfreien Ausleihen bereit. Einmal über den Deich und schon waren wir am Strand. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Stühle/Sessel am schönen großen Esstisch. Diese lassen sich sehr schwer bewegen und kippen leicht nach vorn. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und empfehlen die Fewo im Haus Barbara auf jeden Fall weiter.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Lage direkt an der Düne ,top nagelneue Ferienwohnung sehr schön eingerichtet, nette Vermieter gerne wieder kann man nur entpfehlen so soll Urlaub sein.

Vom ersten Moment an waren alle in der Familie von der Wohnung begeistert und das hat sich auch

Vom ersten Moment an waren alle in der Familie von der Wohnung begeistert und das hat sich auch nicht geändert. Whg 12 ist eine ganz tolle Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, es ist an alles gedacht (voll ausgestattete Küche, mit Toaster, Senseo-2in1-Maschine, Flaschenöffner, Spülmittel, bequeme Betten, 3 Fernseher, kleiner Safe etc). Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, die Anlage ums Haus ist neu angelegt. Von der aktuellen Baustelle (Stand Juni 2022) am Dünenpark ist kein Baulärm zu hören und stört überhaupt nicht. Sehr zuvorkommende und liebenswerte Vermieter, die vor Ort wohnen und gerne Auskunft geben, erwarten Sie. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Der Pool bietet eine schöne Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung. Das Meer ist in Sichtweite, über die Promenade gelangt man schnell ins Zentrum. Überall gibt es leckere, frische Fischbrötchen. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Wirklich Top! 5 Sterne *****
