Get the view of a lifetime from this fifth-floor oceanfront studio! Have a seat on your covered balcony and enjoy the salt air and panoramic vista. The soft sand below invites you to spend your days at the beach. As evening approaches, head to the building's top floor to witness an unforgettable sunset. The bright interior features a neutral color palette suitable for the coast. It offers numerous comforts of home like central air-conditioning, a full kitchen, and a private washer/dryer. Ocean City's top attractions are within a short driving distance, but recreation opportunities are also abundant right on the property. Get in your daily exercise with some vitamin 'sea' - the fitness center's treadmills face the water, and the tennis court and outdoor pool are beachside.

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.

Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.



Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:

NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. ***



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Wonderful location and amenities! Awesome ocean view! The only request for future patrons would be a softer mattress for the murphy bed. It was WAY TOO firm!

This was a great place to stay. Clean. Close to every thing. My only complaint is there was no broom and the hotel did not have one to give us so we went and bought one to keep up with the dirt and sand

Beach Vacation

This condo was very clean and offered everything we needed. It had a resort vibe because all of the amenities on the property. Indoor and outdoor pool, tiki bar, volleyball and tennis, cornhole and shuffleboard and a very short walk to the beach. Being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony was an added bonus! We are looking forward to staying here again!

The best experience.

The room and the view from the balcony was the very best. There was no need to go anywhere else. It gave us a resort vibe. We enjoyed the tiki bar and all the drinks. And the food was fantastic. Also, we enjoyed the ice cream shop and bakery. I would love to return to this place again.

Small space but well planned!

We loved the style and decorations of the place! The space was small but well-designed! My daughter was amazed that the bathtub was her favorite color- blue! Kitchen had everything we needed, even a blender! The balcony was nice and the whole area was peaceful and quiet. We loved having food and a gift shop right on the premises!

Overall very happy with everything, but im not too picky. If i was to nitpick, id say in needs a screen door installed, the sceen did fall out, but im handy enough to be able to reinstall it. Id definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

This efficiency is perfect for two people and the building has lots of amenities (pool, private beach, reserved parking, bar). The unit has great oceanfront views as well. Bring your own pillows though. The pillows provided are of the poorest quality. Other than the tissue paper-like pillows, this is a great place.

Would stay again and recommend this condo!

It is a very cute studio condo. Perfect for just 2 people. It was clean with lots of storage. Linens are provided. It was great for a small weekend trip! The only thing we didn’t love or understand is that the fan didn’t appear to have a light in it and if it did, we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. We will be recommending this condo to our family and friends :)!

Lovely stay!

Very nice little condo! No bedrooms, but that worked for us since it was just us and our toddler. The Murphy bed is definitely firm, so hopefully you like firm. Didn’t try out the sofa bed to compare though. The kitchen was completely stocked with Dishes, silverware, cookware, strainer, coffee pot, toaster, etc. We would definitely book this condo again!

Enjoyed everything but the tv and litttle children in big pool rather than childrens pool. The pool had to be closed because of an accident so the adults suffered by having to leave. Otherwise enjoyed my first visit

you won’t hear your neighbors

this unit is on the 5th floor and we never heard anyone unless it came from outside, no footsteps overhead. all linens were provided. the parking garage has an exit that leads out to the beach, so we were able to keep most of the sand away by storing beach stuff in the car. they provided laundry and dishwasher pods as well.

Great condo in a great location!

Condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee. Inside has plenty of storage and hooks, we were able to unpack and “move in” for our 8 night stay. The tiki bar has good food and drinks and is a lifesaver when you don’t want to leave the property for dinner. Other places in walking distance if you don’t want to drive. My biggest surprise was at how clean the condo was when I arrived. Not that I expected dirty but I’ve stayed at hotels and rentals and they usually aren’t this clean. No dust or sand anywhere, floors spotless (did I go looking for dust? Not at first but then it was a joke to see if the cleaners missed anything and they didn’t !) I will definitely be returning to this condo in the future !

Communication was a bit difficult with vacasa, our drain was completely blocked and we had no toilet paper to begin with so when I communicated with that they actually thought I was in a completely different state at a different property so that was a little odd and frustrating. Elevators are very very slow and crowded. The view was nice the bar was nice the live music could be a little quieter. Very very clean and I was glad for handicap ramp access as I had broke my foot 3 days before the trip.

Great little place!

We had a great time staying here. Golden Sands had everything we needed from beautiful sunrise views from our balcony to sunset views over the bay from out the back door to easy beach access to an ice cream shop, a bakery, and Tiki Bar with great Bartenders and fun drinks. Condo was very cute. Exactly as advertised. It was clean and decorated very nicely. All the basics were provided such as clean linins and towels and the basics to get started such as dishwashing tabs, laundry pods and paper towels. Previous reviews were pretty spot on...elevators were slow but manageable going up...going down, we often gave up and took the stairs. The mattress was firm in the condo. Only problem we had was that the cable went out on the last night we were there. They said they would send someone the next day but we were checking out so...
