This 2.5-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of Building Section 4 of the Hotel Schweizerhof, right in the center of Lenzerheide. With a living space of approximately 60 m², it enjoys a prime location close to the wellness area, cross-country ski trails, and the underground parking garage. A particular highlight is its position within the main building of the hotel complex, offering the convenience of short distances to restaurants, village life, shopping, and the hotel’s own swimming and wellness facilities.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed that serves as an additional sleeping option, and an open-plan kitchen with a dining area. A reserved parking space in the underground garage is available for a fee. The apartment is ideal for couples (max. 2 adults) or families (max. 2 adults and 1 child) and is also well-suited for longer stays.



As a guest of the Schweizerhof Holiday Apartments, you have free access to the family pool, outdoor saltwater pool, and steam bath in the Hotel Schweizerhof, as well as to the swimming pool with counter-current system in the directly connected Hotel Lenzerhorn. For an additional fee, you can also enjoy the Hamam wellness paradise in the Hotel Schweizerhof – a sanctuary of soft light and gentle warmth where you will emerge feeling completely renewed.



You can book spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, pedicures, or manicures to make your relaxation perfect.

Please note that the Hotel Schweizerhof is closed from Easter until the end of May during the off-season.

The cross-country ski trails are just a few steps away. The extensive network of trails in the Lenzerheide holiday region stretches from Lantsch/Lenz to Parpan and has been recognized by Loipen Schweiz as one of the best in Switzerland. The 18-hole Lenzerheide Golf Course is also located nearby.

In summer, Lake Heidsee invites you to relax or enjoy an active holiday, with its watersports center, unique sandy beach, and children’s adventure area.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung

Wir genossen zum zweiten Mal diese gepflegte Wohnung an bester Lage in Lenzerheid. Sie bietet grosszügig Platz für zwei Petsonen. Seitens der Agentur Bergkultur verlief alles sehr gut organisiert und sehr freundlich. Die Anleitung zur Installierung des WLAN sollte auf den neuen Stand gebracht werden.

Gepflegte, gemütliche Wihnung an Top Lage

die Wohnung ist super gelegen (1 min ins Zentrum, wenige Minuten zur Skischule). Sie ist sehr gepflegt und die Küche TOP ausgestattet. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das für mich zu harte Bett. Leider darf man das Schwimmbad am NM nicht benutzen, was wir nicht gewusst haben. Super Service! vielen Dank

Zentral und doch ruhig

Ich wollte der Hitze im Unterland entfliehen und fand ganz kurzfristig diese hübsche Wohnung in Lenzerheide. Unkomplizierte Übergabe und Zahlung. Das einzige, was mich störte, war, dass die Wohnung etwas dunkel war. Da ich mit ÖV unterwegs war, war die Lage für mich ideal, da alles zu Fuss schnell erreichbar war.

1 Woche Aufenthalt

Die Lage der im Ortskern Lenzerheide gelegenen Wohnung und der direkte Zugang zum Schwimmbad und den Wellness-Anlagen des Hotel Schweizerhof, sowie der interne Zugang zum Autoabstellplatz. Bei genügendem Schnee kann man die Skier direkt vor der Haustüre anschnallen um die vielen Langlaufloipen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung und deren Einrichtung würde eine Auffrischung, ist sie doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, nicht schaden!
