My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the tail end of a New England leaf peeping trip. The apartment is on a quaint street close to nearly everything. Right around the corner from the state capitol building, and a few blocks from the start of the Freedom Trail, the public gardens, Trinity Church, the beautiful library - Target is just down the street. Boston is a very expensive city and when I was planning the trip, I was floored at how pricey hotels were - we travel quite a bit and Boston prices were higher than any other city we've been to, Manhattan included! Who knew? Anyway, taking that into account, the apartment is a good value and cost less than the hotels. Pros were having a kitchenette, the lovely moon lamp, and a full size coffee pot(hallelujah!); cons were the additional charge for a second person; the full size bed pushed into the corner meant that one person does not have a lamp or place to put their phone, and the bed sags in the middle so you roll together; nowhere to put stuff on the bathroom vanity and the shower is small; this is a ground floor unit that looks onto the courtyard and while we were there construction guys were working directly outside the window each morning, sounded like they were in the room with us; no curtains so if you're light sensitive, bring an eye mask. I would say this place is intended, and would be most comfortable for a single person. Joseph responded quickly and check-out was a breeze.
