This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, open living space, and washer/dryer for longer stays. Adequate parking for your boat trailer and (max) 3 vehicles. For your enjoyment this home offers two pedal boats with seating for four people each, two single kayaks and a tandem kayak. Whether you're cooking your catch or relaxing after a day on the water, this space is set up for comfort and convenience.

Use the dock at your own risk. Parking is strictly limited to 3 vehicles, 1 trailer and 1 docked boat. Violators will be canceled without refund.

TO BE FAR WHEN I BOOKED THE HOUSE I BOOKED IT FOR 4 PPL AND HAD 6PPL. BUT THE HOUSE WAS LISTED TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE 6 GUEST.MY FAMILY RENTED 3 HOUSES OVER THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND IN HOMOSASSA. THIS HOUSE WAS ON THE WATER SO THIS IS WHERE WE KEPT THE BOAT. ON THE DAYS THAT WE BOATED MY FAMILY WOULD COME OVER AND GET ON THE BOAT. ON THE FIRST DAY THAT WE DID THIS THE CO-HOST CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THERE COULDN'T BE MORE THEN 6 PPL ON THE PROPERTY. I HAD NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A RULE. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU LIST PPL THAT ARE SLEEPING THERE. I ALSO CONFIRMED WITH CITRUS COUNTY THAT GUEST ARE DEFINED BY PPL THAT SLEEP OVER NIGHT. AFTER THAT WE RUSHED TO GET ON AND OFF THE BOAT DURING THE DAY AND SPENT ALL OF ARE FAMILY TIME AT ONE THE THE OTHER VRBO'S. AFTER WE CHECK OUT THE HOST SENT ME A BILL FOR 595 DOLLARS. WHEN I ASKED WHAT IT WAS FOR SHE DELETED THE REQUEST AND GAVE ME A 1 STAR REVIEW. WE LEFT THE PLACE CLEAN AND FOLLOWED THE CHECK OUT PROCESS. INSIDE THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND FRESH BUT SOME ITEMS ARN'T FINISHED LIKE THE CLOSETS SO YOU HAVE TO LIVE OUT OF SUIT CASE.IN THE BACKYARD BY THE FISH CLEANING STATION THERE IS A PIECE OF METAL THAT MY BROTHERS SON CUT HIS FOOT OPEN ON.

BROKE LITERALY EVERY SINGLE RULE TO THE PROPERTY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: BOOKED FOR 4 BUT SLEPT 9 GUESTS, PARKED 7 CARS AND LARGE TRUCKS ON PROPERTY AND SIDE OF ROAD, HELD A LARGE GATHERING "FAMILY REUNION" OF 14 GUEST ON PROPERTY, HAD ANIMAL "DOG" ON PROPERTY, COACHED TEENAGE GUEST TO COVER AND TAMPER WITH SECURITY CAMERAS INCLUDING ONCE TO SNEEK A CAR INTO GARAGE, PARKED 2 (NOT JUST 1) LARGE BOATS AT DOCK WITH ONE ENCHROCHING ONTO NEIGHBOR, LEFT BACK SLIDING DOOR WIDE OPEN AND FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED AT CHECKOUT, RUINED BED LINENS AND TOWELS WITH BLOOD STAINS. HOWEVER, AFTER ALL OF THIS WE ONLY REQUESTED GUEST TO PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE HE HAD STAYING IN THE HOME AND NOTHING MORE. AS STATED CLEARLY IN THE LISTING, THIS PROPERTY UTILIZES CCTV CAMERAS ON THE EXTERIOR AND VALIDATES EVERYTHING STATED ABOVE. WE WOULD BE GLAD TO SEND YOU A COPY OF THE VIDEO'S TO REFRESH YOUR MEMORY IF NEEDED?
