Luna by Theater Home, in the historic center

The apartment "Luna" is located in the hamlet of Aer (Tignale), in a central position and with a beautiful view of the historic centre with the church of San Bernardo, approx. 7 km away. from Lake Garda. It is part of a charming rustic, renovated trying not to take away that taste of real life, typical of the houses in the historic centre. Furnished with a refinement of details in a contemporary style that creates a warm but modern atmosphere. It has every comfort to make your holiday easy and gives you the opportunity to relax immersed in the typical life of the locals. At approx. 700 m is the centre of Gardola, within walking distance, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops etc. At approx. 2 km the municipal swimming pool and the Visitor Center of the Alto Garda Park and the fun adventure park "Flying frogs". A few minutes by car or by transfer (free for our customers) you can reach the well-equipped beach "Pra dela Fam".

The apartment is a two-room apartment on the second floor of approx. 50 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.

Comforts include a kitchen (4 induction burners and extractor fan), microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee machine. In the apartment there are also wi-fi, heating and air conditioning, washing machine shared with another apartment. For the car there is a municipal parking lot a few meters away.



Toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.



Sport and health: outdoor pool in 2 km away, tennis court 300 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Es war einfach schön schön hell tolle Dachfenster , zum ausschlafen gab es FensterlĂ€den alles super schön sauber - einziges was ich anmerken möchte der Parkplatz war oft voll und man bewegte sich beim parken in einer Grauzone und es ist aufjedefall fĂŒr leute die entweder an einem örtlichen bleiben tignale hat viel zu bieten! oder jemand den Autofahren nicht stört - da bis runter an den See zu einer bademöglichkeit gut 38min gefahren werden muss - Allerdings durch die serpentinen ein Schlaraffenland fĂŒr ambitionierte motorradfahrer ! ein Traum! Pizzen und pasta im Dorf Kern sehr zu empfehlen

Familienurlaub mit Hunden

Aer ist ein kleiner verwunschene Ort oberhalb vom Gardasee. Ideal um vom Trubel abzuschalten, aber dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten am See. FĂŒr Hundefreunde eine gute Wahl. Der Strand in Limone und Gardensa „Bau Beach“ sind gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, ist gut ausgestattet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein grosses Duschbad. Wir waren drei Personen und zwei Hunde und hatten ausreichend Platz. Sauber und ein netter Empfang bei der Ankunft. Wir kommen wieder. WĂ€schestĂ€nder und eine Sitzgelegenheit im Hof

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Lits confortables. Environnement calme hors travaux dans la rue lors de certains jours de notre sĂ©jour. 15min Ă  pieds du centre du village. BĂ©mols : papier toilettes en quantitĂ© limitĂ©e, peu de vaisselle disponible si vous ĂȘtes nombreux et seulement 2 tablettes pour utiliser le lave vaisselle, pas de sacs poubelles Ă  disposition ni de stylo par exemple.
