Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs, 3 DVDs, Blu-ray, Keurig, Wifi.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. We liked everything with the condo.What we didn’t like was not being advised there would be noisy construction work on the deck and promenade. We chose the towers location to enjoy the beach and to relax on balcony (day and eve).

This is a very nice condo. Great view of the ocean. We liked the furniture on the balcony. We were a group of three so we each had our own bedroom. The space was very pleasant and comfortable. The beach area was spacious. We very much enjoyed Bethany Beach Boardwalk and explored the many other beaches and shops in the area.

Checkin process very smooth. Condo is nicely maintained and mostly clean. A few items were left behind by past guests so questioned how thorough it was cleaned. Overall, it was very nice.

This was my third visit to this condo in Bethany Beach. I do really love it. It's clean, it's comfortable, plenty of space, good amenities, and a view that can't be beat. But I am reaching the point of not being able to afford it again, which is a shame. I hope I'll be back.

The condo was right on the beach and clean but very limited kitchen, only one towel given per person and one roll of TP. We have stayed at this complex many times and this unit was not as nice or well stocked as others.

While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. Some homes may be stocked with spices from previous guests, however, perishables such as coffee and K-cups, are not provided to ensure our high standard of cleanliness and sanitation are continuously met. Also, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.

Sea Colony is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our rental looks really nice but some of the updates were not done well. The sink in the kitchen fell out of the granite counter at 3:30 am and we had a big mess to clean. Luckily it was at the end of our trip. We will definitely retun!

Spacious, comfy and great sunrise view. Enough room for a family with separate rooms for teens. Condo equipped with full kitchen, laundry, books, games and more. Appreciated the little touches like night lights, extension cords and liquid hand soap in baths. Kitchen was well-equipped though needs kitchen linens. Comfy living space with great decor. Bummer that indoor hot tub is 18+ only and pool closes twice daily for adult swim (18 and under must leave).
