Just steps to the surf and sand of Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs, 3 DVDs, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedrooms only - wood flooring in living room & dining room. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security.
