Vacation just steps to the surf and sand in this second-floor, newly-renovated oceanfront condo! This retreat has been totally remodeled and refurnished for the 2022 season. Just steps to the surf and sand of Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level layout features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite.

Great Spot for a Weekend at the Beach

The property was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. It was updated nicely and we loved having access to the beach as well as indoor and outdoor pools.

Overall a very nice facility. The numbering layout of the parking garage can be vastly improved, starting with putting the building name clearly marked “in” the garage. Otherwise a very clean resort with many amenities. Only complaint is how far I had to walk to use the indoor pool and weight room.
