Liked: Check-in, communication
The pools close at 7pm. (But why?) The pillows are teeny tiny. And despite the listing, the water park is not included in the stay—you get a “discounted” ticket at 25 each. They were not willing to make this right even though I sent them a screenshot of their own listing where it stated the watermark was an amenity and there would be no extra fees. Would not recommend this host.
