Room was fairly clean but the conjoining door was broken and literally bolted with metal plates to keep it from falling apart. The access code we were given only worked once and the dead bolt to the door was broken. I had to call and it took 2 hours for someone to call back to give a new code. We had to sit outside the room on the floor the whole time we were waiting. Ridiculous customer service!

It is as advertised

I’ve stayed at this resort a couple times with family and it is what you’d expect. I enjoyed the time I spent there with my girlfriend. It is conveniently located so that it’s not too far away from the strip, but is far away enough to not be too crowded. It’s a solid, and cheap place to stay for a quick get away!

Middle of the road and worked for a last minute need. No significant gripes other than the bypass door to the adjoining room being broken and couldn’t shut. It did not sit well with us and did nothing to help with the noise from that room.
