Das Haus ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche hat eine sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung. Leider war das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wechselhaft, so dass wir den Garten nicht nutzen konnten.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, großes Haus, großer Garten, super ausgestattet. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Klare WeiterempfĂ€hlung. Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht zu 100% den tatsĂ€chlichen VerhĂ€ltnissen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, eine Superkommunikation. Und wir durften sie am Abreisetag kennenlernen. Der Name des Hauses "Sehnsuchtsort" ist absolut passend. Hier wird die Sehnsucht nach Mehr und Meer geweckt. Auch fĂŒr das nĂ€chste Jahr ist bereits die Buchung erfolgt. ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!!

Wir waren fĂŒr 7 NĂ€chte in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist super, das Haus vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet und grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils gepflegt. Man kann hier die Seele baumeln lassen und die Akkus wieder aufladen. Der große Garten mit Feuerstelle ist fĂŒr eine Familie mit Kind und Hund wirklich super. Hier gibt es nichts zu beklagen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vorab war problemlos.Innen gibt es am Haus nichts auszusetzen. Im Gartenbereich sind ein paar Dinge jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. So hĂ€ngt die HĂ€ngematte durch, ein SchirmstĂ€nder der mit Wasser befĂŒllt werden muss ist undicht und beim anderen aus Granit ist die Schirmaufnahme sehr locker. Die Feuerstelle wurde nicht gereinigt und somit mussten erstmal Reste vom VorgĂ€nger beseitigt werden bevor diese genutzt werden konnte. Der Grill / Grillrost könnte auch mal ersetzt werden, der sieht nicht mehr appetitlich aus, sodass wir auf Grillabende verzichtet haben.Da dies jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten sind, hatten wir eine alles in allem eine tolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus.Vielen Dank!

Kurzurlaub in Niendorf

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist ein nett und freundlich eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Charme. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verlief problemlos. Das Haus ist fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub und auch fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Sehnen! Das HĂ€uschen war sehr ins Detail zum Meer eingerichtet und hatte einen besonders schönen Flair! Die RĂ€umlichkeiten sind fĂŒr 6 Personen ausgestattet! In wenigen Gehminuten ist mam direkt am Hafen von Niendorf und am Strand! ...wir kommen gerne wieder...

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Der Sehnsuchtsort war fĂŒr uns perfekt. Das Haus ist besonders geschnitten und es gibt ĂŒberall etwas zu entdecken. Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert, aber nicht kitschig. Das Highlight war fĂŒr uns der verglaste Wintergarten mit der Lichterkette, sehr romantisch und gemĂŒtlich. Auch die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es gibt einfach alles, was man braucht. Der umzĂ€unte Garten war fĂŒr unseren Hund toll. Zur Promenade lĂ€uft man ca. 15 Minuten. Einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte mehr sein. FĂŒr uns eine ĂŒberaus empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Ein Haus mit WohlfĂŒhlcharakter

Der Kontakt war direkt ĂŒber die Gastgeberin und super freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr schön aufgeteilt. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön hergerichtet. Wegen der Sturmflut konnten wir einen Tag gar nicht raus und konnten die WohlfĂŒhlmomente im Haus vor dem Kamin in vollen ZĂŒgen genießen. Hier vermisst man wirklich nichts. Besonders zu erwĂ€hnen ist, dass der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin ĂŒber kurze Wege jederzeit möglich war, und sie sich am Tag nach der Sturmflut bei uns meldete. Von unserer Seite absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in dem Ferienhaus. Es war mit allem ausgestattet was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten Ende August super Wetter und konnten jeden Tag gemĂŒtlich draußen FrĂŒhstĂŒcken. Das HĂ€uschen liegt ca. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und auch andere sehenswerte Ziele sind gut erreichbar. Bei Bedarf sind sogar zwei StellplĂ€tze am Haus verfĂŒgbar. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee.
