The cabin sits on over 2000 feet of lakefrontage on the serene, non-motorized Aspen Lake and is just a short walk from Sunset Ridge on Pickerel Lake, an undeveloped and private shoreline where you can dock your boat and take in a beautiful sunset from the pier.



Surrounded by lush woods and several walking/hiking trails, this home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy stunning lake views from the lovely 3-season porch while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail or gathering around the fire pit for some s'mores under the starlit sky.



For outdoor enthusiasts, the area boasts a network of groomed trails offering access to hundreds of miles of snowmobiling routes in the winter, and ATV/UTV trails in the warmer months. Trail access is ¬Ω mile from the house. The trail systems also provide excellent hiking and biking opportunities.



With access to two lakes, you can enjoy a variety of water activities. Aspen Lake is ideal for canoeing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and sunrises, while Pickerel Lake offers great fishing, water recreation, and stunning sunsets. Great, quiet spot.

The home was very clean and stocked with all that you need to cook and enjoy the property. A cute paddleboard was even available as is a very nice firepit. Warm and welcoming with a beautiful view!

Everything was just as the listing said. The property was easy to find, ample parking for our large truck and large trailer. A nice bonus that we could park in the garage. Atv/Utv trails were right off G for easy trail access anywhere you wanted to go. It's nice that Vilas County has such a nice off road trail system to use. Aspen Lake was very private, secluded and a nice way to start your morning with coffee or a night cap at night. They had a keruig that made it nice for a fresh one cup coffee. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

Wonderful Experience

Don’t hesitate to book! You pretty much have an entire non-motorized lake to yourself for fishing or just hanging out. Access to pickerel lake with a pier as well (so access to two lakes which is virtually unheard of). The home is gorgeous with all the amenities that you could ask for. Definitely will be back in the future as it was a perfect experience with my family for Father’s Day.

There is no air conditioning, making staying here in the summer a miserable experience (the listing does mention that there is no air conditioning). It was hot and humid. The house did not cool down at night. After being out and about, we all wanted to come to the house and relax. But it was just too hot. No one slept well. The house was nice, but just not a place to stay during the hot summer months.
