Blue Heron Haven is a beautifully well kept home with large windows set in the trees on a quiet cul de sac on Holiday Island just minutes from the Lake. It has 4 bedrooms plus a newly renovated game room that also has 2 day beds, a dining area inside and out with a bbq grill, 2 living areas, washer and dryer, and a game room featuring pool and shuffleboard. This beautifully decorated house offers plenty of space for a large family featuring 4 queen beds in the main house as well as 2 twin daybeds with trundles in the game room. There are 3 full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. In the downstairs living area you will find a full game cabinet with cards, puzzles, and family friendly board games. The nearby Marina has rentals and a fishing dock as well as lake access and picnic tables to enjoy an adventure on the lake. The island has 2 pools, pickleball courts, a playground, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, and you can enjoy golfing there or at the nearby country club. Whether you want to enjoy world class mountain biking, hiking, or exploring nearby Eureka Springs, Holiday Island has it all and Blue Heron Haven can be your families home away from home.

This house was very lovely and would definitely recommend for a family to stay over on the weekend as there are beautiful views and very welcoming and warming, the rooms are super nice and tidy and clean, and they have everything you would need to stay the night or even a whole weekend and there’s a lot to do nearby, the host was very responsive and the best.

I am a recently widowed mother of 4 kids and 6 grandkids. It was always my husband’s dream to own a lakehouse so I closed on this house on his birthday in honor of him. This house has become a fun gathering place for our family and, we hope you will enjoy it too.

Holiday Island is a quiet community and very family friendly. The lake, marina, pools, golf, tennis, pickelball, shopping, restaurants, and nearby Eureka Springs make it the perfect destination whether you want to be active, play, and explore or just lounge around the house and enjoy the view.

What makes this property unique

I am an interior designer in Kansas City. I have tried to make this house a comfortable and beautiful space that is not too fussy but feels designed and has all the comforts of home. You will find a well stocked kitchen and game cupboard that should have everything you need to feel right at home and enjoy eating, playing, laughing, snd relaxing with your family!
