Easy walk to the beach. South Bethany is a quiet resort and family friendly but not far from Rehoboth and Ocean City If your looking for more activities. Check-in was smooth and always had quick responses to any inquiries. Interior of the house was well layed out and multiple TVs ,games and books were available. Inside was basically clean except for ceiling fans and AC ducts need a sweeping. Screened porch was obviously not swept out recently lots of spiders and the dock on the canal was unusable as it needed work. I would have liked to have known that as we kayak, but we enjoyed our stay and Vue-stay was easy to work with
