After a day on at Bethany Beach, come back to bask in the home's central AC while watching a good movie on the expansive flatscreen TV or head out to the private balcony to share a few refreshments with old friends. The high-speed WiFi is great for remote workers and students, and you can easily download a good playlist for your workouts at the Freedom Fitness Center. The full kitchen has everything you'll need, from counter space to appliances, to turn out something special for tonight's meal which you can enjoy at the dining table with seating for four or outside amid the balcony's beautiful tree views for an al-fresco experience you won't forget. Be sure to take advantage of the home's central AC to keep everything cool and comfortable during those hot summer evenings.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
