. This beautiful, modern apartment is located on the 11th floor and features a balcony facing southeast with a view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 1.9 m x 0.9 m), and the living room has a sleeper sofa (1.6 m x 2 m). There is an en suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is open to the living and dining area.

Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliff-top path along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the Ferienpark ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.

From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies may generally still be used during this time.
