The 65-square-meter holiday apartment “Waterkant SPO 2” is located on the ground floor and is accessible through the large entryway. <br>The apartment is fully tiled and features underfloor heating in the bathroom. The two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—are accessible directly from the large hallway and offer a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.<br>A private terrace and garden area with the typical St. Peter dunes and “green border” is available for exclusive use.<br>A parking space is available right next to the house. Upon request, the accompanying electric vehicle charging station can be booked as an add-on.

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten und gepflegtem Zustand. Entgegen der Wohnungs-Beschreibung war die Terrasse (noch) nicht mit Mobiliar und einem Strandkorb bestückt. Nach Rücksprache mit einer Mitarbeiterin wurde auf die Richtlinien in den AGB´s hinsichtlich der Saisonzeiten verwiesen. Unserem Wunsch entsprechend wurde "das Problem" jedoch nach einigen Tagen gelöst und die somit konnten wir die Terrasse auch nutzen.

Alles Top! Buchen wir gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage. Dicht dran und dennoch abseits vom Geschehen. Gut eingerichtet, technisch alles vorhanden. Gutes Internet. Betten sehr bequem. Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien, Geschirr etc. Überdurchschnittlich. Am Stellplatz steht eine Wallbox zur Verfügung, für uns ein absoluter Mehrwert. Danke für den Urlaub und bis zum nächsten Mal.
