The apartment has a balcony and is equipped to a high standard and offers you the ideal setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation with an excellent view.

Take advantage of the location on the beautiful plateau above Innsbruck for long easy walks or as a starting point for hikes to alpine heights. In the village of Axams there is a leisure center with indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, sauna and bouldering hall and in winter with ice skating rink. By car or also by public bus you can reach the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck in a short time, where numerous cultural and leisure activities await you. Of course, there are many more activities to do near Innsbruck.

In winter, the ski bus will take you to the Axamer Lizum ski area, where there are several slopes for beginners and experts. In addition, there are several toboggan runs in the vicinity, which provide variety and also ski tourers will find a wide variety of routes here.
