tolles Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Ostsee zum Entschleunigen wunderbar geeignet Küchenbereich sehr gut ausgestattet (bis auf das fehlende Gefrierfach) nur ins Mobiliar (Sitzmöbel und Kinderzimmer) müsste unbedingt investiert werden

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus Falshöft 13 in Nieby gebucht. Das komplette Anwesen, ein Gebäude mit 4 Wohneinheiten, die jeweils über einen sep. Eingang verfügen, ist ein architektonischer Hingucker! So ein Objekt erwartet man eher auf der Seite von Urlaubsarchitektur.de. Bad und 2 Mini-Schlafräume (jeweils etwa 6qm!) befinden sich im EG, die Küche mit Essplatz und Wohnraum im 1.OG. Es gibt sehr, sehr wenig Ablageflächen im Haus. Und mit großem Gepäck sollte man ebenfalls nicht anreisen, denn die offene Kleiderablage im Schlafzimmer gibt nicht viel Platz her. Wie man es hier mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern aushält, ist mir nicht verständlich. Schon bei 2 Personen wird es im Bad und Schlafraum ziemlich eng. POSITIV: Der fantastische Blick im 1.OG auf die Ostsee. Die Architektur! NEGATIV: Der fehlende Schlafkomfort. Sauberkeit einschl. Fensterfläche. Ungepflegter Außenbereich.
