Fantastic location! Within walking distance to most of what you’ll want to see and do in Vancouver. Very nice area of the city. Saw no homeless or indigent residents. Right down the street to an Aquabus (ferry) to Granville Island. Apartment was clean and described very well online. Richard, our host, was right on top of things and answered all of our messages promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location by aquabus. Only issue was a skunk in the hood one night. The unit has portable ac units that suck air in so we needed to turn them off and be warm that night. Beds were fine and kitchen was well equipped. Host was great and kept us informed. The place is quiet for Vancouver.
