The holiday home in which this 3-room holiday apartment is located is situated right next to the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Trassenheide—just 300 m from the Baltic Sea.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a building with a total of four units and has a separate entrance.

The apartment includes a small terrace with patio furniture and a grill (which must be cleaned by the guest). A washing machine and a parking space are available to guests.

Note regarding arrival and departure: Please note that the key for the accommodation in Karlshagen must be picked up and returned there.

This contract is an agency agreement on behalf of the owner.

Bed linens and towels can be provided for a fee.

The modernly equipped Rosi holiday rental offers plenty of space for 4 people and an infant who still sleeps in a cot to enjoy a relaxing family holiday.

The fully equipped kitchen with dining area flows seamlessly into the living area. The two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are accessed via a small hallway. One of the bedrooms features a double bed measuring 2 x 80 x 200 cm. Two single beds are available in the second bedroom.

The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture. Here, you can start your day with a leisurely breakfast or wind down the evening with a glass of wine.

Please note that pets are permitted only for stays through 2026, for a fee. For bookings and stays beginning in 2027, pets are no longer allowed in this accommodation.
