This 2021-built architectural gem in South Langley offers a unique layout, designed to give guests a high-end, autonomous experience while sharing a main entrance with the quiet, professional hosts. It is only 5 mins away to the Campbell Valley Regional Park, and it features over 29km of trails for walking, hiking and horseback riding.

This suite features a shared main entrance with the owner. While the primary living room is a shared space, guests enjoy their own dedicated living and dining areas. Additionally, the open-concept kitchen is reserved exclusively for guest use.

While the home features a shared grand entrance with your quiet hosts, the interior is meticulously organized to ensure your comfort and privacy. Guests have full access to all areas shown in our photos:

Main Floor Living & Dining: Enjoy exclusive use of the Guest Living Room—a sun-drenched space with 10ft ceilings and modern finishes. Adjacent is your dining area, perfect for family meals or a quiet morning coffee.

The Chef’s Western Kitchen: Guests have primary access to the gorgeous, open-concept Western Kitchen, complete with a massive quartz island and high-end stainless appliances.

Host Privacy: To ensure you never feel `in the way,` the hosts use a separate, enclosed Wok Kitchen behind a closed door for their cooking.

Main Floor Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable Queen-size bed. One of these bedrooms includes a private Ensuite Bathroom for added convenience.

Laundry Facilities: Conveniently located on the main floor (shared with the host).

Basement Retreat: A third private bedroom with a Queen-size bed is located on the lower level. Guests here enjoy their own private bathroom located right beside the room, along with access to the Basement Media Lounge and TV.
No Drug or Cannabis use, Open Flames, Candles or Fireworks Anywhere on the property

No Smoking of cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes.

No undeclared guests, No parties, no Events.

Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am.

Please pay attention to garbage recycling.

If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be ducted from security deposit or sought after.

Missing Items / Shipping Policy
If you leave something behind after checkout, we are happy to mail it to you. A $30.00 handling fee will be charged plus the actual postage cost. Items will be shipped only after full payment for both the handling fee and postage has been received.

Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 4 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
