Fantastic experience! Loved the location and the view, and the condo had everything we needed. The property managers went above and beyond making sure our experience was awesome and even left us such a sweet gift.

The Property Managers Karen and Stephanie were outstanding to accommodate us and allow our small dog to travel with us. The gulf view was spectacular! The walk across the street to the dedicated beach was a breeze. The unit decor was beautiful coastal with charming elements. It was fully stocked with extra bedding and cleaning products to main cleanliness during our five day stay. The kitchen had everything you need to enjoy a home away from home. The landscaping was well maintained and over all, the complex was very peaceful and quiet.We are looking forward to making the Maravilla an annual family destination for years to come!

A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach. The view is second to none. Leave the front door and five minutes later you are on the beach. Getting the two chairs and umbrella as part of the rental is a huge bonus. It’s centrally located. I need to rent again once the heat breaks. Karen and Stephanie might have to evict me. Beautiful spot.

This is an outstanding property that looks exactly like the photos on the site. It is modern, comfortable, clean, quiet and well stocked/maintained. The kitchen has all the appliances, tools and dinnerware you will need. It has a beautiful view of the gulf and beach which is gated, well-managed and not overcrowded. We were happy the chairs and umbrellas were included and already on the beach, no need to carry them. The condo is in a convenient location, easy to get to everything. The hosts kept in touch to make sure all our needs were met, and provided clear, excellent information and instructions. They made our short stay so easy and enjoyable, even our small dog felt at home there. We are picky about where we stay and hope to stay here again on our next visit. You won't be disappointed.

Such a wonderful condo if I was ever fortunate enough to live here permanently I would be 100 percent satisfied to wake up in this condo every morning. It’s perfect from the easy parking to the beautiful views and you are just steps away from the beach. The only hard part was having to leave and the host are great Karen and Stephanie made our whole experience as great as possible from the booking to checkout. Our family has been coming to the Destin and Panama City area for 25 years and this was our favorite so far.
