Casa Magnolia is a beautiful, warmly decorated and very spacious apartment in the Elviria area of Marbella. It is only 10 min walk from a shopping center with several restaurants. To the beach it is 15 min walk. The apartment is part of a very quiet and beautifully maintained complex with a particularly landscaped garden with 4 pools that can be used.
The apartment has air conditioning, a large balcony of 60 m2 and garden views. There is an outdoor kitchen with a large green egg (barbecue) on the terrace. Furthermore, there is free Wifi available.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with lovely beds (4 single beds and 1 double bed) with a length of 2.10 m! Furthermore, there are 2.5 bathrooms. 1 with a shower stall, 1 with a bath and shower facilities and an extra toilet with sink.
