The holiday apartment is centrally located, directly on Duhnen beach, and offers a fantastic view of the beach and the sea.

The sleeping area within the apartment can be separated.

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony with its sea view. The building also features a swimming pool, a sauna, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer and a bicycle storage room. The building entrance is accessible via stairs and the apartment is then reached by elevator. Free parking is available on site.

Die FeWo 36 war im Oktober 2025 in gutem Zustand und bestach durch Sauberkeit und guter Ausstattung gemessen an Ihrem Baujahr und dem erkennbaren Bemühen mit der Zeit zu gehen. Schwimmbad und Sauna wurde nicht getestet
