Spacious holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people, just 200 meters from the beach! This well-equipped, spacious apartment is located in the Nordseebrandung building.
From the entrance, you enter the beautiful and spacious living and dining area.
The balcony offers ample space to relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
Afterwards, you can unwind on the sofa and reflect on your eventful day.
The bedroom with a double bed, as well as the comfortable sofa bed, promises restful nights.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower.
The sandy beach is only about 200 meters from the building, as is the beach promenade with its numerous restaurants and shops.
Enjoy a fantastic view of the forest, mudflats and water while having breakfast on the balcony.
After a long bike ride, you can store your bicycles in the bicycle storage room.
A washer/dryer is available in the apartment for your laundry needs.
The apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, location and tranquility.

Kurzurlaub - einfach mal raus
Das Objekt liegt wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom Strand und einen kleinen Waldstück, welches sich perfekt für Hundespaziergänge eignet. Ein Hundestrand ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt und liegt unmittelbar an Restaurants, einem Eiscafé und weiteren kulinarischen Möglichkeiten.
Die FeWo hat alles Nötige was man braucht, allerdings ist die Grundausstattung je nach Dauer des Aufenthalts dürftig (kein Öl, Gewürze oder ähnliches, nur 1 Spülmaschinentab, 2 Müllbeutel, kein Spüli, wenig Seife, das Handtuchpaket ebenso grade ausreichend). Außerdem wichtig zu erwähnen: W-Lan und Parkplatz kosten extra und sind NICHT im gebuchten Preis enthalten. ;-)
Falls man bei schlechterem Wetter mal TV gucken möchte, gehen nur wenige Sender und es ist kein Smart-TV.
Alles in einem ausreichend und wirklich nett für einen Kurzurlaub, aber mit Austattungs-Luft nach oben!

Hallo Vera, vielen Dank für Ihre freundlichen und offenen Worte. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Wir entsorgen konsequent alle Lebensmittel aus hygienischen Gründen. Die Wohnungen verstehen sich als Selbstversorger Unterkünfte und es wird lediglich ein Startpaket gestellt. Spüli sollte vorhanden sein, wenn dem nicht so war, dann tut es uns sehr leid, Sie hätten sich gern im Büro melden können, für Spüli. W-lan und Parkplatz sind bei keinem Vermieter kostenlos, sondern in den Mietpreis einkalkuliert. Wir sind da gern transparent und fair auch denen gegenüber, die nicht mit dem Auto anreisen oder kein W-lan benötigen. Der Fernseher hat ca. 300 Kanäle, auch darüber hätten Sie uns informieren können, und ein Smart TV ist nicht für alle Gäste nutzbar. Viele unserer Gäste schauen gern Ihre gewohnten Sendungen und finden sich mit einem Smart TV nicht zurecht.
Leider ist es schwierig alle Gästewünsche zu erfüllen, wir denken aber, dass wir unsere Sache schon recht gut machen.
