This beautiful studio apartment, tastefully furnished, is located on the edge of the Wernerwald forest and invites you to relax.
It is situated on the first floor and is equipped for two people.
The approximately 25 square meter apartment features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer and microwave.
A box-spring bed, wardrobe and dresser are also provided.
You can escape the bad weather by relaxing in the swimming pool and sauna. The rooftop terrace with sea views is perfect for enjoying the sunshine.
The promenade and beach are only about 300 meters from the apartment.
With the Wernerwald forest right on your doorstep, you can enjoy pleasant walks in the woods.

Meinem Hund und mir hat es in der Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, da der Wald gegenüber dem Haus ist und der Strand sowie der Hundestrand in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Die Kommunikation mit den Informationen vor der Anreise war sehr nett und vor Ort war die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist für Familien mit Hund traumhaft. Direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft ist ein Eingang zum Wald wo eine Route verl äuft die direkt am Meer und sogar am Hundestrand endet.

Die einzige Unsicherheit nach der Buchung war: "Das Bett ist nur 1,40 m, hoffentlich reicht uns das". Nach der ersten Nacht war klar, daß es völlig ausreichend war und das war es während der ganzen Zeit. Unser Appartment war, wie das Haus selber, sauber und sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts sehr ruhig. Wir hatten durchgehend schönes Wetter, waren über die Straße direkt im Wald oder schnell am Strand. Sowohl unser Auto als auch unsere Leih-Fahrräder waren gut untergebracht auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand und in den Wernerwald. In dem Haus gibt es eine Sauna und einen Pool, den wir gerne genutzt haben. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Sachen unternehmen ( Reiten, Schifffahrten, Fahrrad ausleihen etc.). Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Einzige, was wir ungünstig fanden, waren die Extra-Kosten für den Parkplatz, WLAN, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das sollte eindeutiger in der Anzeige stehen. Auch die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche war nicht optimal (Flecken) und in der Wohnung war es etwas staubig an den einen oder anderen Stellen. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen schönen Urlaub ubd waren glücklich, dass wir noch kurzfristig etwas schönes gefunden hatten.
