About this accommodation
This completely renovated townhouse with all modern amenities is located on a quiet street in the popular village of Sineu. With 3 double bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom), it can accommodate up to 6 people. From there you can easily walk to a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops in the village.
The bright and modern house is an ideal place to enjoy your vacation.
Accommodation
From the kitchen you reach the small terrace with breakfast area, from there a staircase leads to the large terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. You can park your car safely and conveniently in front of or next to the house.Other features include, of course, air conditioning units in the master bedroom and dining room, free super-fast fiber optic internet and satellite television. The new modern kitchen is also fully equipped and a washing machine and dryer are available. The property is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
There is a small terrace for breakfast, a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with sun loungers, garden table and chairs and an outdoor kitchen area.
In this house you won't miss anything on your vacation!
The public swimming pool is within walking distance.
In Sineu itself you can expect a wide range of local cuisine. In Inca, just 10 minutes away, you will find a complete infrastructure with great shopping opportunities. The distance to the northern beaches is approximately 20-25 minutes by car.
The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.
The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this regulation can result in guests being fined between €5,000.00 and €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
• Additional costs: The electricity in this house is billed separately according to actual consumption and meter reading upon departure 0.35 € per kW.
In addition, the Ecotasa fare is charged to all travelers over 16 years old.
The first 8 nights cost €2.00 per night and person, then €1.00. (plus 10% VAT)
