Nice property within a the pleasant seascape community. Kitchen stocked with all cooking facilities and utensils you need. All 3 bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Just a five min short walk to the beautiful Miramar beach. Only minor issues that we noticed that slightly let the property down was the grill was extremely dirty and gas was empty so decided not to use it, the yard hard a number of weeds (we tidied it up a bit). Also the lock to the sliding door for access to the yard was broken and door was wedged with a wooden stick from the inside to secure it. The maintenance team were incredibly responsive and supportive with repairing the screen door that blew off the hinges during recent stormy weather. Minor issues should not be a reason not to stay here, the villa is spacious, comfortable and within 15 min drive into Destin and as mentioned earlier walking distance to the beach. Shopping facilities are approximately 5-10 mins drive away. There is a gas station and smaller stores for essential items and beach equipment. We would stay here again due to the close proximity to beach, pleasant community and a great location to the wider Destin/Fort Walton area.
