The kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator and oven and gas stove, integrated with the living room and balcony allows permanent living. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Comfortably accommodates 16 people. Leisure activities: swimming pool, sand tank, bike, ping pong table, frescobol, futsal sand court, trampoline and to relax 4 hammocks, dry sauna.
