Single storey house in the closed subdivision Riviera de Sta Cristina 1, facing the Jurumirim dam (foot in the sand), with TV, fireplace, barbecue, wood oven, dry sauna, large balcony with 4 hammocks, ping-pong table, 8x4 m pool with 1.20 m depth with hydro on one side and 50 cm deep on the other side, sand soccer court, 4.3m trampoline, sand tank, 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike, ramp for boat, orchard, vegetable garden, on a 9000 m² fully grassed plot. The kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator and oven and gas stove, integrated with the living room and balcony allows permanent living. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Comfortably accommodates 16 people. Leisure activities: swimming pool, sand tank, bike, ping pong table, frescobol, futsal sand court, trampoline and to relax 4 hammocks, dry sauna.
