It is a bungalow type house which has a living room and a suite on the upper floor and two bedrooms on the lower floor, plus a pantry, kitchen and bathroom. Access to the dam is via a side avenue, about 70 meters to the dam.

Adoramos passar o feriado. A casa é muito espaçosa e o espaço goumert é excelente, assim como o condomínio e a represa. Paulinho (o caseiro) é uma figura! Super atencioso e prestativo. Poderia-se considerar apenas uma melhor limpeza nos itens da casa: cobertores e utensílios da cozinha. Nada que atrapalhou nossa estadia, no entanto.

O Mateus, seus amigos e parentes que usaram o meu imóvel, demonstraram um bom cuidado com a casa e souberam respeitar as regras do condomínio. Com relação a observação sobre a limpeza, esclareço que promovemos uma faxina antes da entrada dos hóspedes, ficando para os mesmos a responsabilidade da faxina durante o período da hospedagem.

Imóvel confortavel.

Foi uma estadia agradável e tranquila em relação a casa e aos vizinhos, não tivemos nenhuma intercorrência. O imóvel correspondeu exatamente a nossas expectativas, confortável, pratica e funcional. A unica sugestão seria alguma proteção atras da churrasqueira e da pia ao lado, para que o vento e a chuva não atrapalhe o seu uso. Mas nada que atrapalhasse nosso lazer e diversão.
