Our house is located right on the waterfront behind the dike, next to the spa park.<br><br>The 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor, measuring approximately 48 m², has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed), a living room with a balcony facing the lake (south) overlooking the spa park, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is comfortably furnished. The built-in kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as dishes for daily use. Pets are not allowed.<br><br>All apartments in the Haus am Kurpark have Wi-Fi. A bicycle garage is also available. On the shelf in the hallway, you’ll find books and games to pass the time should the weather ever be inclement. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement. Parking spaces are also available at the building.<br><br>The Kurpark offers an oasis of tranquility. As you stroll through the park, take a look at the herb garden or enjoy the silence.
