-Wash and return all used kitchen items to their proper place
-Place dirty laundry (used towels/cloths/sheets) in the laundry room basket
-Set the thermostat to 64 degrees
-Lock both entry doors and ensure garage door is closed
-If you are staying on a SUNDAY NIGHT- please wheel trash cans out to the curb for pickup
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Absolutely NO smoking permitted inside the house or garage game room
-No pets permitted
-Quiet hours 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighbors!
-No parties permitted. No gatherings larger than the 9-person house capacity
-Guests must supply their own firewood-bundles available at local market
-Renters are responsible to bring charcoal for the grill, and for proper disposal of used charcoal
