Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom/2.5 bath condo in Perdido Key. Have your coffee at sunrise and your favorite beverage at sunset on the gulf view, beachfront, wraparound balcony - the views are incredible. If you’re lucky, you may see the dolphins and pelicans performing their aerial feats! If you're there at the right time, the Blue Angels can be seen flying over the gulf.
This traditional beach condo features two king beds and two full bathrooms, and one half bath, with a full laundry room. The wood-paneled sunroom offers a comfortable sofa bed and a desk - perfect for work or relaxation. There is a breakfast bar, as well as a dining room- perfect for dining or game night!
Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are available, so there is less to pack. Please note, this is a second floor condo accessible only by stairs.
The Spinnaker 2E is in a charming low density, 10-unit condominium building. It is conveniently located near multiple restaurants, bars, a bike rental, and ice cream shops.
Come unwind and get some sand between your toes! You’ll feel right at home as you fall in love with our Beachhouse and Perdido Key.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please dispose of kitchen trash in dumpster located in the parking lot. Place used beach towels in washer; start cycle. No need to wait for it to finish.

Please turn off lights and TV, close all blinds on windows and doors and set the A/C to 74 degrees. Please close and lock all sliding glass doors.

Return parking passes to the kitchen counter - a $50 fee will be processed for any parking pass not returned.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parking passes on kitchen counter at check-in; max 2 spaces. Display pass or car will be towed at owner's expense. Return @ check-out - $10 fine/pass.

Balcony quiet hours: 11pm-7am. Please do not hang or dry anything on balcony railings. Close the blinds at sunset to protect nesting turtles.

Please clean up after yourselves on the beach. A trash can for beach trash is located under the building.
