There is parking available for up to 4 cars. All vehicles must be parked fully on the concrete driveway at the top. On the ocean side, please ensure you park completely clear of the ocean-front neighbor’s property and entry gate.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 23 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Shoes
Shoes are not permitted inside the house. Please remove them upon entry.

Trash Collection
Trash is collected every Thursday. Please ensure all trash is properly bagged and placed in the designated area for pickup.

Recycling
Recycling services are not available at this property.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is open to the lower floor and offers limited privacy.

Beach access
Beach access is available through the adjacent park, just a short walk from the home. There are two walking paths to the beach, both with stairs due to the high bank. The closest path is near the Fisherman’s Memorial.

Please note that this access is not suitable for scooters or wheeled mobility devices. For easier access, Nye Beach is a short drive or a longer walk away.



Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
